Once the speaker information form is saved, a special Web link will be sent by email to allow access to step 2. Every speaker needs to complete a Disclosure Statement before the proposal is considered.
With the Web access link, the primary presenter can enter a poster or oral presentation proposal for review. An email invitation will be sent to presenters who have not yet registered.
